Her passion for learning was evident in her extensive education, having graduated from Arkansas High School, earned an Associate's Degree from Texarkana College, and achieved both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Texas A&M. Frances was a true life-long learner, an avid reader who found solace in the pages of books, especially the Bible, reflecting her deep faith and commitment.
Frances was a devoted member of the Nash Full Gospel Holy Temple, where she shared her love for community and faith with those around her. Her personality was marked by a joyful enthusiasm, further showcased by her adventurous palate as a self-proclaimed foodie who loved trying new foods. She embraced every opportunity to create lasting memories, gathering loved ones around the table to share in culinary delights and laughter. She also held a black belt in karate.

Frances is survived by her children, Tommy White Jr. and Damion White, Her legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren, Damion White Jr., Logan White, Demarcus Silas, Devonte Hayes, Briana Hayes, and Ariana White. She also leaves behind her cherished sister, Lisa Jackson, and brother Arthur Jackson who was a source of love and support throughout her life.
Frances was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Kenitra Hayes, mother, Betty Jackson, and her father, Andrew Lockhart. Their memories live on through the many lives she touched and the love she shared.
